Powerbase were formed at the beginning of 1996 as a recruitment to recruitment company with the intention of providing an ethical, genuinely consultative service to agencies in the UK & Worldwide.

More than 75% of placements are made from referrals which we feel is testament to our level of professionalism and customer service. The initial focus was on the IT market, as the founding directors had most expertise in this, but now we cover all recruitment disciplines.
